1. What Lambdix is
Lambdix provides statistical predictions for football matches. We are an information product, not a tipping service and not a betting operator. We do not accept wagers, hold funds for users, or offer financial advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to gamble in your country of residence to use this service. We reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect local laws are being violated.
3. No guarantee of profit
All predictions are probabilistic. They are derived from statistical models that can be — and frequently are — wrong on any single match. You are solely responsible for any betting decisions you make based on information from this site. We expressly disclaim any liability for losses incurred.
4. Subscription, payment, and cancellation
Access is sold as a recurring monthly subscription billed in advance via Stripe. You may cancel at any time through your billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. Refunds for partial months are at our discretion.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape, redistribute, resell, or build derivative products from our predictions. Sharing your account credentials with non-subscribers is prohibited.
6. Data sources
Match and statistical data is sourced from third parties. We make no warranty of accuracy or timeliness. Service may be temporarily unavailable due to upstream outages.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for breach of these terms, fraudulent payment activity, or violation of local laws. Active subscriptions will be refunded pro-rata in that case.
8. Changes
We may update these terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced via the email on your account at least 14 days before they take effect.
